Volunteer positions are given on a first come first serve basis, feel free to sign up for more than one position and time.
Set up Team: 5 people needed - 2:00pm – 5:00pm - FULL
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ability to lift boxes and equipment. Enjoys decorating the event space including table settings, registration, and signage.
Volunteer Central: 2 people needed - 3:00pm – 7:00pm - FULL
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Be encouraging and helpful. Checking in volunteers and direct them to their station, assist volunteers with questions, directions and set up volunteer food.
Registration: 6 people 4:45pm – 9:30pm - FULL
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Great customer service, extroverted and have computer skills. Registering guests and distributing bidder information. Checking out guests and distributing auction packages to highest bidder. Must be comfortable speaking with guests and asking each guest for their name and credit card information.
Greeters/Runners: 4 people needed - 5:30pm – 9:00pm - NEED 1
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Great customer service, extroverted and professionalism. Welcomesand directs guests to their table. Works with Auctioneer and Auction Enhancement team during program to collect bidder and donor information during Live Auction and Fund the Mission segments.
Auction Enhancement: 6 people needed - 6:00pm – 9:30pm - NEED 1
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Extroverted and social, people oriented. Assist with auction enhancement sales. Help identify bidders during the Live Auction and Fund the Mission segments.
